I find it a bit funny just how much you are missing out if you don't go past the original Anime especially with the many controversies and incidents related to the series.
In the Shiny Days release which was a remake of Summer Days you were allowed to romance Kotonoha's little sister Kokoro-chan in several routes that leads to a very explicit rape scene and also sex scene that was removed in the JAST USA release.

I know they're games given the conversation in this scene is about Kirino's erogame collection, but why do you need multiple copies of the same game, unless its a special edition which wasn't clear in the way it is drawn in both screenshots.

They might have been limited to what games they were allowed to show so they hoped no one would notice that they duplicated the top and bottom portions. Japan has very strict DMCA laws so that might be just a list that agreed to have their eroges displayed in the Anime.
