I think that federal government is bad, local government is good. Any given piece of land should be governed by the people who live on it, basically. They know what's best for themselves. No colonies, no small group of fuckers in D.C. deciding how the fuckers in any of the other states should live. I also believe that blood and land go hand in hand. Mountain people belong in the mountains, forest people belong in forests, desert people belong in deserts, and city people belong far far away from me. Everybody has a place, and they'll be happiest when they're in that place. And it's not necessarily a racial thing, but that can play a factor.
Have you ever known someone who always complains about where they live? They won't shut up about the shitty weather, the shitty people, the shitty jobs, on and on. They don't belong in that place, and the people who DO belong in that place don't like being near them. So it's better for everyone if they just GTFO as soon as possible and find somewhere they DO like.

I think art is arraging patterns in creative and interesting ways
So you can create any universe with *any* rules but as long as it's consistent in some way (and there is space for creativity) it will be art.
That's why programming is art for example.
Politically I think the people are more important than the ideas themselves. Any system with shitty people sucks and any system with cool people shines. Yet ideologies always seem to prioritize other aspects over people.
My dream would be to make art, and change people with art making them at least a tiny bit better. Realizing this gave me a "it all makes sense, the circle closes" feeling because I used to think about my impact in the world and how I *must* try to make it better and not surrender to it being shit.
Pretentious as fuck I guess. My impact will be ridicoulously small. Yes, but it's something, and that's better than nothing
