this picture doesn't exist. It never existed.
I understand your concern but I can reassure you, you are not the only one. Other patients and even myself had seen such pictures, posts, or even threads appearing and disappearing. It's perfectly normal down there, this phenomenon's called :
the "Jenkem syndrome".
You see, here in the /sewers/, a lot of shitposts congregate. A prolonged exposition to that nonsense distort the perception of the reality.
We don't know for sure what exactly cause this affliction, but don't worry, there's a remedy. It consists of lurking other boards for a reasonable amount of time, posting can help too.
