The internet isn't a digital information highway, the Internet is not something that you just dump something on. It's not a big truck. It's a series of tubes.

A not very wide known fact is that in the early days of the internet the tubes were often infested with rats, and so the developers would bring in cats to deal with the problem. That's why they are so popular on the internet as a matter of fact; it used to be just a matter of hygiene and politeness to post a cat on whatever forum you visited to scare away the rats, like you wipe your shoes before entering someone's home. Nowadays people forget the original purpose of cat pics, but the feeling of appreciation and gratitude for those images has not changed

And the reason why the internet is slow for some people is because the cats are in the tubes, without a care in the world. If we get the cats out of the tubes then we make the internet faster.

That is what ur mom said to your dad however many years ago. I think it is important to realize life isn't what it seems things can go down the tubes fast, so be careful.
